Kundcenter

Kundcenter Olofshöjd is in charge of the keys to the flats and garages at Olofshöjd. They are also responsible for attending to faults in the flats, repairs, maintenance and inspections.  You collect the keys here on arrival and return them here at departure.

Name-plate
Don’t forget to put you name on the letter-box and by the door-bells in each corridor.

Storage spaces
Each group of rooms share a storage space in the garage floor.

Household waste/recycling
Household and compost waste should be thrown in the waste chamber on the entrance floor.

Cleaning
Each tenant is responsible for the cleaning of the room, bathroom, corridor and communal kitchen. The SGS Studentbostäder’s staff will clean general spaces.

Cleaning when moving out
Each tenant is responsible for cleaning the communal kitchen, corridor and toilet in the corridor they have lived in with a rent reduction as compensation for the effort. This includes removing personal belongings from these areas. If it is found flaws in the moving out cleaning, SGS has the ritht to bill the tenant for the associated cost to hire a cleaning company. The Students' counsil (FR)

Laundries
The laundries are on the ground floor, one in the left passage and the other beside the sauna. Make your booking on “My pages” under the CIS website, or on the booking board in the laundry. In laundry no 1 there are three machines which cannot be booked beforehand.

Washing is allowed from 6.30 am to 11 pm.

Parking
Ground-floor parking. A heated garage is available for rent. Visitor parking outside of the building.

TV
Comhem is responsible for cable TV, tel 0771-55 00 00.

Students’ council (FR)
The Students’ council in Ostkupan, called ”FR”, consists of tenant representatives. FR’s task is to look after the tenants’ interests and to maintain contacts with SGS Studentbostäder. FR manage some of the communal rooms in Ostkupan, such as the gym. Twice a year the residents’ meeting (husmöte) takes place. All tenants have the right to vote at these meetings. www.ostkupan.se
